"From the first call Laura made me feel comfortable about the whole process and I knew from that call I was making the correct decision. Laura kept in contact on a weekly basis and was incredibly supportive, it felt like speaking to a friend, and took time to listen. They arrived at the time stated to view the flat and seen by the mess it had turned into after letting a relative live there, which I was worried about as I hadn't been in the flat for about a year. Laura let me decide the timeline for the sale. The offer I got at the start was the amount I got in the sale. This company took away the need of estate agents, viewing and all the stress that goes with that. I used the lawyer Laura recommended and that was stress free and simple and Laura pays a large fee towards costs, so at the same time the lawyer helped me deal with loose ends with the ex-husband regarding the flat. The whole process was seamless and very professional.i had read reviews before calling them as there are so many companies that can be used and the horror stories of getting a smaller offer before the sale closes, but not once did I read anything bad and I am delighted I made the call. I cannot recommend Laura and her team enough, they took one of the most stressful times in someone's life and made it simple."
